Place of the seminar: the conference room of the University of Bordeaux

How to get to the University Montesquieu of Bordeaux IV:
Tram from the center of Bordeaux
- Take the tram line "B", which starts from "Claveau" direction to "Pessac centre".
- Get off at the tram stop "Montaigne - Montesquieu" (the University Montesquieu of Bordeaux IV is on your right)
From the train station of Bordeaux Saint-Jean
- Leaving the train station, take the tram line "C", direction to "Les Aubiers", until the tram stop "Quinconces",
- Then, take the tram line "B", direction to "Pessac centre",
- Get off at the tram stop "Montaigne Montesquieu" (the University Montesquieu of Bordeaux IV is on your right).
From the Mérignac airport
- Take the shuttle JetBus (departure from the Hall B of the airport) : trip airport/center of the city in 30 to 45 minutes),
- To reach the campus: get off at the tram stop "Office de tourisme/allées d’Orléans" and take the tram line "B" at the tram stop "Quinconces" direction to "Pessac centre" (main place next to the Tourist Office),
- Schedules: departures every 45minutes from 7:45 a.m. to 10:45 p.m.

The University Montesquieu of Bordeaux IV is located in Pessac, i.e. 6/7 km from the center of Bordeaux, but you can get there by tram in a few minutes.

How to get to the center of Bordeaux from the Merignac airport
The airport of ‘Bordeaux Mérignac’ (avenue J.F. Kennedy) is located 30 km outside of the city center. You can reach the city center by shuttle, by tram or by taxi.
- By shuttle:
From the airport to the city center (allées de Tourny) and the train station.
Frequency: every 45 minutes, 7 days a week.
Journey time: approx. 30 minutes from downtown, approx. 45 minutes from the train station.
One way fares: 7 €
- By taxi:
Rate changes considering the time and distance, but approx. 30€
Increase at night, Sunday or holidays.
- By the urban public trafic network (tram or bus):
From the airport, take the city bus ‘liane 1’ (every 10 minutes), direct from the airport to the Quinconces place: less than 45 minutes to join the city center. At the Quinconces place you can take the tram line C for the ‘Bordeaux St Jean’ train station.
One way fare: 1,40 €
How to get to the city center from the train station
The ‘Bordeaux Saint Jean’ train station is 10 minutes from the city center.
- By shuttle:
From the train station, via the city center, to the airport.
Frequency: every 45 minutes, 7 days a week.
Journey time: approx. 10 minutes from the city center, approx. 45 minutes to airport.
One way fares: 7 €
- By taxi:
Rate changes considering the time and distance, but approx. 15€
Increase at night, Sunday or holidays.
- By tram: get off at the tram stop ‘Quinconces’ (opposite to the Tourism Office).
One way fare: 1,40 €
